Justin Bieber pleads guilty to reckless driving but escapes jail

Perpetual
teenager and sometime singer Justin
Bieber has managed to avoid a prison
sentence after winding up in court on a
careless driving charge.
The 20-year-old star was arrested
back on January 23 after cops caught
him allegedly drag racing in Miami
Beach on an expired licence. It later
turned out that Bieber had not broken
any speed limits, but a small amount
of marijuana, alcohol and Xanax was
found in his urine sample.
Last night the Baby hitmaker pleaded
guilty to misdemeanour charges of
careless driving and resisting arrest,
and agreed to attend a 12-hour anger
management course, pay court fines
and give $50,000 to charity, which he
has already done.
